We work together with various architects who speak English and who are happy to inform you about the different styles and designs. We do have an architect for every taste on offer who designs the villas exactly to your taste.
In Spain, the architect is the main person responsible for the construction. Casas Real therefore works closely with the team of architect, technical architect (aperejador) and building company. During the meetings with the architect and the contractor, we are always present and will continue to guide you during the entire construction process.
Because we are paid from the profit of the building company, the entire construction supervision is completely free for you as the purchasing customer.
Our construction supervision consists of:
- Assisting during all preparatory discussions with the architect and contractors
- Checking the execution for quality and according to the design
- Organizing and scheduling meetings
- Registering the progress of the construction by means of photos, video or video chat (once a week)
- Organizing visits of the buyers to the project.
- All communication regarding the choice of materials and accessories
- Guidance in the handling of all documents.
